We believe that part of what makes a church a family is everyone investing in each other and helping each other grow in relationships, in life and with God. JOIN A CORE TEAM. GAIN A FAMILY.
Be the first to welcome guests, assist people in finding parking, connect with new faces, serve in our café, and ensure everyone who walks into WOC knows they are loved and appreciated.
Assist the creative team with tasks and projects. Edit photos, create content, post stories, and more throughout the service. Help to portray WOC as excellently online as it is in-person.
Help create an atmosphere where people can fully experience God’s presence. Operate cameras, lights, projectors, and sound to present an excellent service for viewers. No experience required.
Help usher in the presence of God through music. Whether you sing or play an instrument, music is a vital part of who we are at WOC, and we would love for you to audition for our team.
Be a part of shaping the next generation! Work directly with children through Bible stories and activities, or work behind the scenes to provide the best experience possible for kids and parents.
As a WOC Youth leader, you’ll play a vital role in various aspects of our youth ministry, adapting to the dynamic needs of our young members. Must be over 18 years of age.

CORE is exactly what it sounds like - it is the most important part of something! Those of you who serve in various capacities to provide a loving and spirit-filled experience for our members and guests are a central part of WOC. CORE identifies your importance here at WOC.

Joining CORE at World Outreach Church signifies your commitment to actively serve and grow within our spiritual family. Here’s how to become a member:
Application: Begin by submitting a CORE membership application. This allows us to understand your interests and where you might fit best within our community.
Service Commitment: We believe in active participation through serving in your chosen ministry at least two times per month. This ensures you’re effectively contributing to the vision of WOC.
Education: Enroll in our NEXT STEPS classes. These sessions are crucial to understanding our church’s vision and your role as a member. Complete these classes within your first 6 months of joining CORE.
By adhering to these steps, you’re not just joining a group; you’re becoming a vital part of our church family, committed to our shared purpose.

Three to four times per year we will celebrate you and show our appreciation for your supply
CORE Send-Outs
A send-out is an opportunity for you to let your WOC family know of any mission trips you are going on so they can get behind you in prayer and support. You must be an active part of CORE to be sent out.
